On September 19th, 2019, the SweetCanopy Foundation led a remarkable tree plantation drive at Manipal University Jaipur, successfully planting 7,500 trees in a single day. The initiative brought together students, faculty members, and volunteers, all united by a shared purpose of restoring green cover and promoting environmental awareness.

The plantation included a diverse mix of saplings, such as fruit trees like guava and sweet lime, along with shade-giving species like neem and babool. Carefully chosen for sustainability and climate resilience, these trees will nurture biodiversity and offer shade and nourishment for years to come.

This achievement was made possible through the relentless efforts of our dedicated volunteers—Samarth, Aakash, Sumedh, Siddhart, and Aryaman—whose energy and teamwork inspired everyone involved. Special thanks also go to Heeral, Devanshi, and Vishakha for their invaluable contributions in coordinating, planting, and encouraging participation throughout the day.

Together, this team transformed ambition into action, leaving a lasting mark on the campus and a hopeful message for a greener future.
